(Houston Independent Spit District) is made up of 8 Cat's Out of Houston.. and their doing their damn thing. ?uestlove from the Roots, labeled this group as the group "to watch out for in 2009." They definitely represent real hip hop, in an area of the map that has not had any prevalent form of the such, as of late.. A few tracks from their 2 studio albums.
